“The hotel's location is perfect. Our room was overlooking the lake, which was just charming. The shower was recently renovated and the bed was comfy. The only thing is the breakfast. We came down at 9.30, while breakfast is until 10.00. There was no waiter or anyone to help us. We had to go to reception twice, once to ask for coffee and once to ask for plates. Half of the food trays were empty and no one offered us eggs, although there was a sign that says they make them on the spot. This was disappointing and very bad service. We paid 9.50 eur for breakfast. It wasn't worth it.”
